Missy’s Mac and Cheese
Ingredients:
1 cup dry macaroni
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup Velveeta, cubed
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
Instructions:
Cook macaroni; drain.
Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, Velveeta, sharp cheddar, and eggs in buttered 2.5 quart casserole.
Add macaroni and mix completely.
Bake at 350* for 45 minutes.
